Everyone knows that college students do not get enough sleep, and the worst fear for most of these students is sleeping through the alarm or hitting snooze too many times and missing their first three classes of the day. This can be prevented with one simple tip:

Make sure your alarm (may it be your phone [hopefully not still on vibrate] or an alarm-clock) is not near your bed. This will require you to actually get out of bed to shut it off as opposed to simply flinging an arm out from beneath the covers to press the snooze button. Getting out of
bed to shut off your alarm will keep you from falling back asleep accidentally, and will actually help you get up and stay awake.
Stay healthy, stay strong.
Until next time,
dan
